What happens when we give the body new information?
In this two-hour masterclass, we'll explore the art of adjustment through the lens of Katonah Yoga. Working with hands-on adjustments, props, walls, verbal cues and imagination, we'll experiment with different ways of informing the body, creating orientation and finding new possibilities within familiar poses.
Expect an intensive, playful and collaborative practice that combines movement, partner work and some of Katonah Yoga's most fascinating maps and metaphors.
Open to everyone. Whether you're completely new to Katonah Yoga, a curious practitioner or an experienced teacher, come ready to explore, experiment and see your practice from a different perspective.
